Meatballs – Makes about 18 1” meatballs:
- ½ pound ground Italian pork sausage
- ½ pound ground beef
- ¼ cup gluten-free Italian bread crumbs
- 3-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper

Prepare Marinara Sauce:
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Make Gluten-Free Meatballs:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground Italian pork sausage, ground beef, gluten-free Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), egg, salt, and pepper.
