Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- ½ cup soy sauce make sure it’s GF, I used La Choy
- ½ cup cooking oil
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 pineapple rings fresh or canned
Instructions
- Place chicken in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Combine marinate ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Marinate chicken for several hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinate. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
- Grill the pineapple rings 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place one pineapple slice on each chicken breast to serve.
