Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is the perfect dish to showcase the tangy yet sweet notes of the flavorful marinade. When you lead a busy life but don't want to compromise on flavor, this recipe is a lifesaver. Marinate the chicken before you start your day and grill it up for a quick gourmet dinner when you get home. The added touch of grilled pineapple brings a refreshing twist that complements the savory chicken beautifully. This dish holds a special place in my heart because it’s not just gluten-free, it's also family-approved. My kids love it when chicken turns into a fun, fruity feast, and I love it because it’s hassle-free yet feels like a special meal.
